Those accustomed to my blog would know by now I am an avid reader. While not a particularly quick reader, I do have a large library of books with a lot of them waiting patiently to be read and my fear that I may never actually get to read all the books I want to with the myriad or other projects that take up my time.
Recently I looked into the idea of "listening" to books while I work out at the gym or drive to and fro for work. I have always thought the idea of the audiobooks was great but found the range of books to choose from was a little on the wanting side.
On a forum I am a member of, one of the regulars posted a recommendation to read a new book out called Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10.
I was very happy to find it was available as an Audibook and so I purchased it as my 1st delve into the audiobook world. After a few downloads and a bit of FAQ searching and research I finally worked out how to make it all work and pushed it across to my iPod with great succss. So now I can listen to a new release book without having to find the time to read it. Cool stuff!
