Splurge on Books

April saw a splurge on books.  So many books and so little time.

Decided to lash out on more books for my library and some more contemporary Napoleonic rulesets.

Here we go.  Books purchased in April 2010:

Thunder on the Danube vol II by John Gill

Thunder on the Danube vol III by John Gill

The Eagle's Last Triumph: Napoleon's Victory at Ligny, June 1815 by Andrew Uffindell

Waterloo 1815: Quatre Bras and Ligny by Peter Hofschroer

Waterloo 1815: Wavre, Plancenoit and the Race to Paris by Peter Hofschroer

Swords Around a Throne: Napoleon's Grande Armee by John R Elting

Napoleon: Napoleonic Rules and Campaigns for Gaming with Painted Miniatures by Matthew Fletcher

Now that's what I call a splurge! Well done! The Ligny book is an excellent read. If Vol 3 is out then I may pick up the Gill trilogy myself.

I'm sticking to Lasalle myself and haven't bothered picking up the other sets. Too expensive to buy the lot!

Cheers
