The 1st one looked a lot better and got some great feedback so I went ahead and redid all 4 of them. So now I have a 2' x 2' set of tiles all done and representing the 130m contour around Belle Alliance in the centre south of the battlefield.
Before the repaint. These used spray paints:
Here are the same tiles hand painted med brown, then 95% medium green and then about 10% dry brush yellow in small rotating circles:
